- • As a Senior Outbound Sales Development Representative at Juniper Square, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating high-quality sales pipeline from untapped segments of the private markets ecosystem, directly supporting the company’s mission to increase access and transparency in commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital through technology.
- • You will be responsible for owning the full outbound prospecting cycle — from research and targeting to engagement and meeting booking — ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for Account Executives in a fast-paced, high-visibility role that impacts Juniper Square’s go-to-market success.
- • Day to day, you will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, making 100–150 calls per day and sending 25–30 personalized emails, while leveraging LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers in private equity, venture capital, and real estate firms across global markets.
- • You will execute structured multi-touch sequences using phone, email, and social channels to nurture leads, consistently applying proven cadences to maximize response rates and conversion into qualified meetings.
- • You will maintain precise activity logs and pipeline data in Salesforce and Outreach, ensuring accurate forecasting and enabling data-driven refinements to outreach strategies based on prospect feedback and engagement trends.
- • You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share insights from prospect conversations, helping refine messaging, improve targeting, and optimize campaign performance for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- • You will consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs tied to meetings booked, qualified opportunities generated, and outbound activity metrics, demonstrating discipline, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset in a competitive SaaS sales environment.
- • You will work within a globally distributed, values-driven team that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, benefiting from Juniper Square’s digital-first hybrid workplace model that connects talent across India, the U.S., Canada, Luxembourg, and England.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–5+ years of proven outbound sales experience in a SaaS BDR/SDR role, with preference for candidates who have worked in fintech, financial services, or related B2B technology environments.
- • Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound prospecting, including consistent ability to engage Director, VP, and C-level executives through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach in complex, long-cycle B2B sales motions.
- • Hands-on proficiency with modern sales stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with ability to leverage them effectively for prospecting, sequencing, and pipeline tracking.
- • Strong cold calling, objection handling, and discovery skills, with a track record of generating interest from net-new prospects and converting outreach into qualified meetings.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting tailored, persuasive outbound messages that resonate with senior decision-makers in private equity, real estate, and venture capital firms.
- • Self-starter attitude with the discipline to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently hit or exceed outbound KPIs without close supervision.
- • Experience prospecting into private equity, real estate, or financial services firms is strongly preferred, as it enables faster ramp-up and more relevant engagement with target accounts.
- • Ability and willingness to work the night shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) to align with U.S.-based prospecting hours, combined with hybrid flexibility requiring 3 days per week in-office attendance at Mumbai or Bangalore locations.
