📋 Description

• Senior Outbound Sales Representative role focused on driving pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification for B2B and B2C markets at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc.
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and social channels; qualify inbound leads; lead discovery conversations; schedule and handoff qualified meetings; maintain CRM records; support junior team members; consistently meet activity and opportunity targets.
• Join a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment at a company connecting top talent with vetted employers, offering competitive pay and real growth opportunities through a remote-first culture.
• Develop expertise in multi-channel sales engagement, pipeline management, and mentorship while contributing to scalable sales processes and earning recognition for exceeding targets in a results-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B and/or B2C outbound sales, prospecting, or lead generation is mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to manage and convert high volumes of outbound and inbound activity efficiently and consistently
• Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
• Proven ability to execute outbound cold calling and multi-channel written prospecting at volume
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a pipeline-first, results-driven mindset
