  • • You will serve as a trusted, client-facing strategist responsible for overseeing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, translating complex data into actionable insights while building long-term relationships that drive retention, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, with proven success managing paid media campaigns for B2B SaaS or technology clients.
  • • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social and search platforms, including proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, bid management, and audience targeting.
  • • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar tools to interpret performance data, make data-driven decisions, and demonstrate measurable ROI through metrics like OCT (Opportunity to Close).
  • • Ability to build, manage, and optimize quarterly paid media budgets across multiple channels while maintaining a deep understanding of client positioning, value propositions, and lead routing accuracy within CRM systems.
  • • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to translate complex strategy into clear narratives for clients and internal stakeholders, coupled with a proactive mindset for identifying referral opportunities and industry trends.
  • • Demonstrated success managing mid-market to enterprise accounts, including the ability to meet or exceed department-level OKRs related to client growth, goal attainment, and retention.
