  • • As a Senior Paid Media Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth for B2B SaaS and tech clients by leading paid media strategy and execution that directly impacts SQLs and customer acquisition—moving beyond vanity metrics to deliver tangible business outcomes through the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology.
  • • You will own end-to-end management of a portfolio of mid-tier and enterprise Paid Media accounts, serving as the primary client liaison while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure strategic alignment, campaign excellence, and continuous optimization across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building quarterly paid media strategies, managing and optimizing campaign budgets, conducting deep audience and keyword research, crafting high-performing ad copy, analyzing performance data via Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel, confirming lead routing accuracy in CRM systems, and driving referrals through strong client relationships and professional networking.
  • • You will work closely with an Associate Director to align personal productivity and utilization with internal and client goals, execute and optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI, and stay ahead of industry trends—including AI and automation—to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.

  • • You will achieve measurable success by managing approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, exceeding departmental OKRs related to client growth and goal attainment, building trust that drives renewals and expansion, and clearly articulating strategic results to stakeholders at all levels.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
  • • Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related tools such as Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions and optimize for ROI
  • • Proven success managing mid-market or enterprise accounts with measurable results in lead generation, customer acquisition, or revenue impact
  • • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
  • • Strong communication skills to translate strategy, articulate insights, and tell compelling stories with data to clients and internal stakeholders
