  • • A cornerstone of our methodology is Customer Generation, a proprietary framework developed in-house. Unlike traditional approaches that focus on MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), our methodology is centered on driving SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) and ultimately, Customers. This strategic focus ensures that our efforts are directly aligned with tangible business outcomes and revenue generation. This position offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding specialty agency, shaping its trajectory from its foundational stages.
  • • The Senior Paid Social Strategist will work intimately with our mid-market and enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact for communication regarding campaign performance, the development of bespoke strategies, and the meticulous execution of Paid Media deliverables. This role provides an exceptional platform to gain extensive experience in crafting and implementing high-performing LinkedIn advertising strategies specifically tailored for B2B businesses.
  • • Key responsibilities include overseeing and leading a portfolio of Social Media accounts, acting as direct support and a trusted advisor to client contacts. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with any vendors or operational partners, ensuring seamless alignment on assigned tasks, maintaining work quality, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in our collaborative dynamics.
  • • A critical aspect of this role involves the strategic development of client campaigns on a quarterly basis. This includes the ability to meticulously create, manage, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will also provide fractional support for internal marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our boutique agency within the broader Directive ecosystem.
  • • A deep understanding of each client's unique positioning, their target market, and their distinct value propositions is paramount. You will be tasked with confirming the accuracy of lead routing within client CRMs, ensuring that valuable leads are directed to the appropriate sales channels for timely follow-up.
  • • Personal productivity and utilization are key metrics for success, and you will be expected to manage your workload efficiently. Close collaboration with the Associate Director is essential to ensure that both internal agency goals and client objectives are consistently met and exceeded.
  • • A foundational understanding of the value and application of Programmatic campaigns within a broader media mix is beneficial. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in driving cross-sells, upsells, and referrals by cultivating strong client relationships and leveraging your professional network.
  • • The execution and ongoing optimization of advertising campaigns, particularly within LinkedIn, will be a core function. This includes crafting compelling ad copywriting, developing sophisticated targeting strategies, and implementing robust TAM (Total Addressable Market) development to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • • Success in this role is defined by your ability to embody our core values in every interaction, both internally and externally. You will effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding department-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as client growth and goal attainment. Your primary KPIs will revolve around client North Star Metrics (NSMs) and Client Satisfaction scores, building enduring client trust and relationships that foster consistent renewals. You will proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell services that align with client goals and objectives, clearly communicating results to client points of contact and executive stakeholders. Exceptional decision-making, particularly concerning the strategic direction of accounts, will be a hallmark of your contribution.
