  • • Lead and grow Twilio’s partner ecosystem across LATAM, focusing on Mexico and Colombia, to drive partner-influenced revenue and strategic alliances.
  • • Manage a portfolio of strategic System Integrators and Resell Partners, define regional GTM strategies, and build executive-level relationships to align on joint value creation.
  • • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to activate partners, support joint selling, and influence product and enablement priorities.
  • • Represent Twilio at regional events and QBRs, serve as the internal voice of the LATAM partner ecosystem, and operate with autonomy and strong executive presence.
  • • Twilio is a remote-first company shaping the future of communications, empowering developers and businesses globally with innovative solutions while fostering inclusion, connection, and impact through its culture of Twilio Magic.
  • • You will scale Twilio’s influence in LATAM by leveraging your existing partner network, driving pipeline acceleration, and contributing to a global team that values initiative, problem-solving, and community impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or business development within the tech industry.
  • • Proven track record of managing complex partner relationships and driving measurable revenue impact in LATAM markets.
  • • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • • Strong executive presence with ability to communicate and influence at VP and C-level, internally and externally.
  • • Existing network of partner relationships in LATAM, particularly with System Integrators and digital transformation firms.
  • • Experience leading strategic initiatives and working cross-functionally in large matrixed organizations.
