- • As a Senior Partner Development Manager at Block, Inc., you will drive Square’s growth by defining and executing partnership strategy with the Global ISV Community, a critical untapped distribution channel for expanding Square’s omnichannel commerce and financial services solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include hunting and recruiting ISVs/resellers, agreeing on commercial terms with leading partners, leading end-to-end deal execution (from target identification and prospecting to negotiation, contracting, and launch), and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure partnership success.
- • You will join a high-visibility team reporting to the Head of Channel Partnerships, working within a mission-driven company that has evolved from enabling simple payments to delivering integrated, omnichannel tools — including Buy Now, Pay Later, inventory management, appointments, loyalty, and payroll — all embedded with financial services at the point of sale to empower sellers of all sizes.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic expertise in global channel partnerships, sharpen your deal-making and negotiation skills, gain deep exposure to fintech and payments ecosystems, and directly contribute to measurable revenue growth and seller acquisition through scalable partnership programs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in signing, launching, and growing distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, and VARs that have driven measurable new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- • Deep knowledge of operating models for merchant/partner introduction, onboarding, compliance, and contracts
- • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate ROI for partner initiatives
- • Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional, global initiatives
- • Strategic thinking with ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
- • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
