  • • The Senior Partner Manager at Lumindigital LLC is responsible for building and sustaining strategic relationships with third-party vendors and integration partners that advance the company’s product priorities, serving as the primary point of contact between external partners and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and maximize partnership value.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular partner reviews, evaluating new partnership opportunities, identifying revenue opportunities within existing partnerships, training the sales team on partner-enabled sales, representing Lumindigital at industry events, supporting co-development and joint marketing initiatives, acting as an intermediary between vendors and internal teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Leadership, building partner enablement resources, coordinating vendor lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding, negotiating contracts, and monitoring partnership success metrics such as revenue, ARPU, ACV, TCV, SLAs, and product penetration.
  • • Lumindigital LLC is a FinTech company focused on digital banking solutions, operating with a remote-first culture across the United States, where cross-functional collaboration and innovation are central to delivering value through strategic partnerships.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in FinTech partnership ecosystems, refine advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills, gain exposure to C-suite and founder-level relationships, and contribute directly to joint go-to-market strategies and revenue growth through strategic alliances.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • • At least 7 years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, business development, or a similar commercial role in a SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise technology company.
  • • Demonstrated success managing partner ecosystems with accountability for contract negotiation, commercial performance, and long-term relationship management.
  • • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
  • • Strong familiarity with digital banking, payments, or embedded financial services ecosystems is highly preferred.
  • • Must have experience utilizing Hubspot, Slack, Jira, and Zoom.
