- • As a Senior Partner Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Wiz's growth through our dynamic Partner ecosystem. You will be instrumental in driving strategy, planning, and execution across our Partner programs, processes, and systems, ensuring our partners have a seamless and effective engagement model.
- • This role reports directly to the Director of Partner Operations and is crucial for building and scaling our Partner operations to support the company's exponential growth and expanding Partner routes to market.
- • You will work in strategic partnership with our Partner Sales teams, collaborating closely to identify key priorities, execute impactful programs and processes, and drive accountability through rigorous measurement of results.
- • A core responsibility will be to gather and synthesize feedback from Sales and Partner teams to define strategic projects and implement process improvements. Your insights will directly shape how partners engage with Wiz, making it easier for them to sell our solutions.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, to ensure operational programs are aligned with the overarching organizational strategy and contribute to our collective success.
- • Deliver scalable, day-to-day operational support for the Partner organization. This includes managing and maintaining key operational workflows, ensuring smooth execution of partner-related initiatives, and providing essential support to the Partner team.
- • Prepare and present weekly updates to leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Partner organization. This involves tracking, analyzing, and reporting on critical metrics to inform strategic decision-making and highlight areas of success or opportunity.
- • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all data within Salesforce related to our Partner programs and processes. This includes ensuring all partner information, deal registrations, and program data are up-to-date and correctly configured.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end operational support of our partner programs, from initial onboarding and enablement to ongoing program management and performance tracking.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within partner operations, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability as Wiz continues its rapid expansion.
- • Support the development and refinement of partner enablement resources and training materials, ensuring our partners are well-equipped to represent and sell Wiz solutions effectively.
- • Contribute to the strategic planning process for the Partner Operations team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to shape future initiatives and growth strategies.
- • Act as a key point of contact for operational inquiries from internal teams and external partners, providing timely and accurate support.
- • Help to define and track success metrics for partner programs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and contributing to the measurable success of our partner ecosystem.
- • You will be empowered to "roll up your sleeves" and actively participate in the execution of tasks, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving and driving initiatives forward in a fast-paced startup environment.

- • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments, building trust and ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve shared goals.
- • Leverage your expertise to analyze partner performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize partner engagement and revenue generation.
- • Ensure compliance with all partner program terms and conditions, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6 years of experience supporting Partner Operations, preferably within SaaS and/or Enterprise-focused organizations.
- • Proven experience in implementing scalable programs and processes, with a strong willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and contribute hands-on.
- • Experience building systems, processes, and automation for MSP/MSSP routes to market.
- • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Impartner is essential; experience with Looker is a plus.
- • Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels and across various functions.
- • Comfort with flexibility in responsibilities as the organization grows and routes to market evolve.
