📋 Description
- • As a Senior Partner Manager at Adobe, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of owning and nurturing one of our most strategic Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships. This pivotal role focuses primarily on the German market, with an additional overlay responsibility across Adobe Central Europe, working in close collaboration with regional Partner Alliance Managers to ensure cohesive and impactful engagement.
- • This position is central to Adobe’s ambitious growth strategy, with a clear mandate to significantly scale partner-led pipeline, revenue generation, and customer impact across the entire Adobe Digital Experience Cloud portfolio. You will be instrumental in defining and executing a comprehensive joint strategy with a top-tier global partner, meticulously aligning Adobe’s cutting-edge technology, specialized industry solutions, and go-to-market initiatives with the integrator’s extensive consulting, delivery, and services capabilities.
- • Your strategic vision will be applied across the German market, while simultaneously ensuring regional consistency and maximizing leverage across the broader Central European landscape. This requires a nuanced understanding of diverse market dynamics and a proactive approach to fostering unified partner engagement.
- • Operating within a complex, matrixed organizational structure, you will engage with a wide spectrum of stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to, alliance leaders, solution architects, senior management, and C-level decision-makers. Your ability to navigate these relationships effectively and build consensus will be paramount to success.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your demonstrable ability to translate strategic alignment into tangible, quantifiable business outcomes. This involves accelerating partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals, driving deep customer adoption of Adobe solutions, and cultivating a scalable, high-impact partnership model that yields sustained growth across the region.
- • You will serve as the primary relationship owner and a trusted advisor for a key global systems integrator within Germany. Concurrently, you will collaborate closely with other Partner Alliance Managers to support and extend the partnership's reach and effectiveness across Central Europe, ensuring a unified approach.
- • A core responsibility will be to shape joint priorities, lead executive alignment sessions, and ensure disciplined, results-oriented execution across sales, marketing, and delivery teams within the partner organization and Adobe.
- • You will be responsible for developing and owning detailed Joint Business Plans (JBPs). These plans will articulate shared objectives, define critical investment areas, and establish clear success metrics, encompassing pipeline creation targets, booking goals, customer adoption rates, and services attach strategies.
- • Working hand-in-hand with Adobe Sales and Customer Success teams, you will proactively identify partner opportunities early in the sales cycle, ensure they are properly registered, and oversee their seamless execution through to successful customer outcomes, maximizing value for all parties involved.
- • Driving significant go-to-market impact is a key facet of this role. You will collaborate extensively with Marketing, Product, and Partner Solution Consulting teams to conceptualize and launch joint industry plays, develop compelling solution offerings, and execute impactful demand-generation initiatives.
- • This includes actively sponsoring and shaping executive events, targeted campaigns, and thought leadership activities designed to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth within Germany, while ensuring alignment with overarching Central European strategic priorities.
- • As a recognized senior leader within Adobe’s dynamic partner ecosystem, you will contribute a strong, informed point of view on digital experience transformation. You will advise both partners and customers on emerging market trends and articulate how Adobe’s comprehensive Experience Cloud portfolio can effectively address their most critical business challenges and strategic objectives.
- • Furthermore, you will play an integral role in fostering a culture of accountability, ambition, and continuous improvement within the partnership and across the wider regional partner community, driving best practices and shared success.
- • You will be expected to bring a deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, particularly within the digital experience and customer engagement domains, and how system integrators play a crucial role in delivering value to enterprises.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker who can also execute tactically, bridging the gap between high-level partnership strategy and day-to-day operational execution to ensure consistent progress and achievement of targets.
