📋 Description

• The Senior Partner Sales Executive at UiPath will manage and grow the business with partners in Taiwan, playing a critical role in driving growth by leveraging partners’ competencies and capabilities across the automation ecosystem.
• Day to day, the individual will accelerate sales trajectory by partnering with in-country sales leaders, execute strategic partner sales and marketing strategies, drive business plan execution, identify pipeline gaps, consult with sales and partner leaders, engage customer success and consulting teams to expand enterprise automation, drive customer success and renewals, influence partner marketing investments, and contribute to regional partner leadership initiatives.

• In this role, the person will develop strategic partner relationships, drive cross-functional collaboration, influence enterprise automation practices at partner organizations, and gain deep experience in scaling partner-led sales motions in a highly matrixed global organization, positioning them for leadership in partner ecosystem strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in Partner and/or Sales Management at enterprise level in the software/SaaS industry
• Proven track record in building/managing strategic partners in the local market
• Deep hands-on experience in working with partners on building practice, developing solution, ramping up certified partner resources & executing partner marketing plan
• Ability to excel in a highly matrix organization, strong collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills in local language as well as English, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
