- • Build and manage end-to-end partnerships with leading cloud providers, including contractual negotiations, integration of New Relic offerings into cloud marketplaces, and execution of joint go-to-market initiatives.
- • Establish and maintain relationships at multiple levels across all cloud partners to increase visibility, drive adoption, and grow the partnership ecosystem in ANZ.
- • Enable partner sales, technical, service, and management teams with the resources and training needed to successfully sell and support New Relic solutions.
- • Lead the joint business planning process with cloud partners to define mutual performance objectives, identify key customer targets, and align on critical achievements.
- • Collaborate with internal alliance teams and cloud partners to design, build, and launch SaaS offerings integrated within partner platforms.
- • Develop and document standardized co-selling processes with partners to improve efficiency and consistency across the sales pipeline.
- • Own and cultivate the partner-sourced sales pipeline, ensuring consistent tracking, forecasting, and reporting of opportunities and closed deals.
- • Maintain high-level strategic relationships with cloud partners to ensure alignment with New Relic’s regional and global objectives while empowering direct team members with autonomy.
- • Organize and oversee regular training, enablement, and educational sessions for partner teams to ensure product knowledge and sales readiness.
- • Monitor, report, and analyze partner-sourced opportunities, pipeline health, and deal win rates to inform strategic adjustments and performance evaluations.
- • Drive the integration of New Relic’s observability platform into cloud provider ecosystems to enhance product value and distribution through marketplaces.
- • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align partner initiatives with broader company goals and customer needs.
- • Ensure all partner activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and export control regulations applicable to New Relic’s global operations.
- • Support the growth of the ANZ Alliances & Channels Team by mentoring direct reports and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or progressive experience in lieu of formal education with proven alliances, business partnerships, or account management experience in ANZ.
- • Significant experience building and leading at-scale cloud provider ecosystem partnerships.
- • Impressive track record in developing joint business plans, value propositions, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies that drive strategic and revenue goals.
