- ⢠The Senior Partner Sales Manager is a highly strategic and visible role responsible for driving incremental channel pipeline and closed-won bookings originated by assigned partners, playing a critical part in BlueCatās growth within the Intelligent Network Operations market.
- ⢠Day to day, the role involves driving partner-sourced new logo sales, growing qualified deal registration through account mapping and field marketing events, building strategic growth plans for mid-market and enterprise partners, developing trusted advisor relationships with partners, enabling partners on product and best practices, conducting QBRs, providing pipeline insights to leadership, aligning with regional sales teams, and hitting or surpassing quarterly quotas and KPIs.

- ⢠In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in channel sales strategy, enterprise and mid-market partner management, cross-functional collaboration, and sales enablement, while significantly impacting BlueCatās revenue growth and market expansion in the Southeast US region.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum of 7+ years of channel experience in Enterprise software or technology networking/security company
- ⢠Prior experience in a 2-tier reseller model preferred
- ⢠Prior experience working with Cisco Partners is preferred
- ⢠Proven forecasting skills and proven ability to exceed quota
- ⢠Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines
- ⢠Skilled in pipeline development, territory planning, and strategic partner management
- ⢠Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- ⢠50% travel is expected in the assigned region
- ⢠Must reside in the East Region of the US (Tampa/FL or Atlanta) and within 1 hour of a major airport
