Senior Partner Solution Architect

📋 Description

• • Serve as the primary technical authority for Matillion’s global partner ecosystem, including strategic systems integrators like Accenture, Deloitte, Wipro, and Infosys, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs that build technical capability and accelerate joint go-to-market success across partner practices.
• • Act as the Matillion technical lead in co-sell motions, partnering with sales teams to drive joint opportunities and ensure technical alignment during customer engagements.
• • Own the end-to-end technical onboarding journey for new partners, ensuring seamless integration of Matillion’s AI Data Automation platform, Maia, into partner service offerings.
• • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate partner feedback, market needs, and technical challenges into actionable product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
• • Provide expert-level technical guidance on data integration, transformation, and automation within the modern data stack, leveraging deep knowledge of cloud data platforms and AI-driven workflows.
• • Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and architecture reviews with partner technical teams to establish Matillion as the preferred data integration platform.
• • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior technical leaders at partner organizations to foster long-term strategic alignment and adoption.
• • Stay current on evolving technologies in the data and AI ecosystem, including agentic AI, data orchestration, and cloud-native data platforms, to ensure partner solutions remain cutting-edge.
• • Represent Matillion at industry events, partner summits, and technical forums to elevate brand visibility and reinforce technical leadership in the partner ecosystem.
• • Drive measurable outcomes by tracking partner adoption metrics, joint pipeline growth, and technical enablement effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
• • Operate with high autonomy across the West Coast USA region, managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously while aligning with global Matillion objectives.
• • Act as a bridge between partner technical teams and internal Matillion teams, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
• • Contribute to the creation of partner-specific technical documentation, solution briefs, and best practice guides to standardize and scale partner enablement efforts.
• • Support the expansion of Matillion’s partner network by identifying and evaluating new strategic partnership opportunities based on technical fit and market potential.
