- • Own the end-to-end technical relationship with our most strategic North American partners, acting as the single point of accountability for all things Freshservice and Freshdesk. You will architect joint go-to-market motions, run quarterly business reviews, and ensure partners can independently demo, scope, and close complex enterprise deals.
- • Lead immersive enablement bootcamps that transform partner sales and pre-sales teams into confident evangelists. You’ll build certification tracks, hands-on labs, and repeatable demo environments so partners can articulate the full Employee Experience (ITSM + HR workflows) and Customer Experience (omnichannel support + AI agents) value proposition without Freshworks staff on every call.
- • Co-sell in the field: travel (up to 30 %) to Boston, New York, Toronto, and beyond to quarterback high-stakes discovery workshops, white-boarding sessions, and executive briefings. You’ll map customer pain points across IT, HR, and CX to Freshworks’ unified platform, then craft tailored solution blueprints that win technical buy-in from CIOs, CHROs, and CCOs alike.
- • Design and deliver advanced proofs-of-concept that stitch together Freshservice’s AI-driven service management and Freshdesk’s omnichannel customer support into one seamless story. You’ll configure sandbox tenants, integrate identity providers, and simulate real-world automations so prospects can see tangible ROI before they sign.
- • Translate product vision into partner-ready assets: build battle cards, ROI calculators, architecture diagrams, and demo scripts that distill complex AI, workflow, and analytics capabilities into crisp, partner-friendly narratives. Your collateral will be reused across hundreds of partner reps and thousands of customer conversations.
- • Serve as the voice of the partner back to Freshworks Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. You’ll quantify feature gaps, prioritize roadmap asks, and co-author launch plans so new capabilities land in-market with partner muscle already behind them.
- • Champion thought leadership by speaking at partner summits, customer advisory boards, and industry webinars. You’ll craft joint success stories, co-author blogs, and represent Freshworks on panels to amplify our position as the only unified EX + CX platform.
- • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and partner technical resources, creating a multiplier effect that scales our impact across the region. You’ll run office hours, review deal strategies, and provide real-time coaching to elevate the entire ecosystem’s technical acumen.
