  • • RevenueCat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Partnerships Manager, Agencies & Resellers to spearhead the growth and evolution of our commercial partnerships. As the default monetization platform for mobile applications, RevenueCat empowers over 70,000 apps across iOS, Android, and web to manage their in-app subscriptions and purchases, processing over $10 billion in annual purchase volume. Our platform is trusted by a diverse range of developers, from solo entrepreneurs to major tech companies like OpenAI, highlighting our critical role in the mobile app ecosystem.
  • • This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on ownership and is driven by measurable outcomes. You will be instrumental in scaling RevenueCat’s Agency Partner Program and managing key Reseller partnerships. Your primary focus will be on driving tangible results through these channels, including generating qualified referrals, building sales pipeline, and directly contributing to partner-sourced revenue and overall company growth. This is a hands-on position that requires a strategic mindset coupled with exceptional execution capabilities.
  • • As the owner of the Agency Partner Program, you will be responsible for its end-to-end management. This includes defining and implementing strategies for partner recruitment, onboarding, certification, incentive structures, and ongoing engagement. Your goal is to transform the program into a highly structured and impactful channel that consistently generates referrals and supports co-selling efforts with our internal Sales team. You will ensure that agency partners are not only knowledgeable about RevenueCat but are also confident and equipped to recommend our solution to their clients, effectively integrating RevenueCat into their service offerings.
  • • In parallel, you will manage and cultivate relationships with a select group of regional Reseller partners. These partners operate in specific markets, often owning the end-customer relationship and driving direct revenue by selling RevenueCat locally. Your responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive enablement, ongoing education, and operational support to these resellers. A key aspect of this role is ensuring these partners are strategically positioned within their respective markets, supported by joint go-to-market activities and events. Maintaining clear visibility into reseller pipelines and identifying key regional opportunities will be crucial for success.
  • • A core accountability of this role is driving partner-sourced revenue and growth across both agency and reseller channels. You will be responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the volume of agency referrals, the value of partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and the number of customers and revenue generated through resellers. Close collaboration with the Sales team and the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) organization is essential to establish and refine processes for seamless referral management, clear deal ownership, and effective co-selling strategies. Identifying top-performing partners, investing in successful relationships, and addressing underperformance will be ongoing priorities.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a critical role in building the foundational infrastructure necessary for scaling our partnership efforts. This involves developing and implementing scalable workflows for partner recruitment, ongoing management, and performance reporting. You will bring clarity to how partner success is defined, measured, and communicated internally, ensuring that as RevenueCat grows, our partnership operations remain efficient and effective without hindering momentum. This includes establishing clear reporting mechanisms and feedback loops to continuously improve our partner programs.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to develop a deep understanding of RevenueCat’s product, customer base, market landscape, and strategic partnership objectives within your first month. You will quickly get up to speed on the intricacies of both the Agency and Reseller programs, including current partner performance and operational processes. Establishing strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing will be a priority. You will also deliver an initial impactful project, demonstrating your insights and immediate value to the team, such as a revamped agency onboarding flow or new partner enablement content.
  • • Within three months, you will have assumed full ownership of the Agency and Reseller Partner Programs, becoming the recognized internal point of accountability. You will define success metrics, segment partners, and prioritize efforts accordingly. Improvements to agency onboarding, enablement, and incentive structures will be implemented based on early learnings. Clean processes for partner referrals and co-selling with Sales will be established, and collaboration with resellers will be enhanced through clearer communication, enablement, and pipeline visibility. Early indicators of increased partner engagement and inbound referrals should begin to emerge.
  • • By the six-month mark, you will demonstrate measurable growth in key metrics, including the number of active agencies, agency referrals, and sourced revenue, alongside growth in reseller pipeline, customers, and revenue. You will cultivate a core group of highly engaged agency partners who consistently contribute to RevenueCat’s deal flow. Reseller relationships will be strengthened, with partners actively acquiring customers and contributing to RevenueCat’s expansion in their respective regions. A more defined structure for the agency program, potentially including tiers, certification, playbooks, or performance expectations, will be launched. You will confidently represent RevenueCat at relevant industry events and conferences.
  • • Within twelve months, you will be managing a high-performing Agency and Reseller Partner Program that serves as a significant growth engine for RevenueCat. You will be able to articulate the impact of these channels through well-defined metrics and possess strong, trusted relationships with key agency and reseller partners. You will be recognized internally as the definitive owner of the agency channel and a reliable, collaborative partner to Sales and Marketing. Your knowledge of app development and monetization will deepen, establishing you as a subject matter expert in the space.
