 Description
- • Own the full partnership lifecycle for Hostinger’s Courses vertical in Brazil—from first handshake to multi-million-real revenue impact. You will design and execute a scalable strategy that turns educators, ed-techs, universities, and digital influencers into long-term growth engines for our 4-million-strong global customer base.
- • Build and constantly refine a data-driven pipeline of high-value partners. You will source prospects via market mapping, social listening, industry events, and outbound campaigns; qualify them against strict ROI criteria; and move them through a CRM-driven funnel that you design and own.
- • Lead end-to-end negotiations: commercial terms, co-marketing budgets, revenue-share models, exclusivity clauses, and legal compliance. You will balance aggressive growth targets with margin protection, ensuring every contract is a win-win for Hostinger and the partner.
- • Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns with each partner. You will brief creative teams, set KPIs, allocate budgets, A/B-test landing pages, track attribution, and iterate weekly to hit CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets. Fluency in GA4, Looker Studio, and affiliate platforms is part of your daily toolkit.
- • Nurture existing relationships like a portfolio manager. Quarterly business reviews, co-branded webinars, exclusive course drops, and joint PR moments will keep partners engaged and revenues compounding. You will forecast growth for each account and flag upsell or cross-sell opportunities before competitors do.
- • Collaborate horizontally across Product, Brand, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success. You will translate partner feedback into product road-map items, champion Brazilian market nuances, and ensure every campaign aligns with global brand guidelines and local compliance (LGPD, PROCON, etc.).
- • Report to leadership with clarity and speed. Weekly dashboards, monthly board decks, and ad-hoc deep dives will show pipeline health, revenue contribution, churn risk, and strategic next bets. You are comfortable presenting in English to global execs and in Portuguese to local stakeholders.
- • Champion Hostinger’s culture of customer obsession. Whether you’re reviewing a partner’s course curriculum or troubleshooting a tracking pixel at 9 pm, you act with empathy, urgency, and a growth mindset. You will mentor junior team members and share best practices across LATAM and EMEA markets.
