- • As a Senior Partnerships Manager for the DACH region at Deel, you will drive strategic partnerships that expand the company’s reach in German-speaking markets, directly contributing to global talent access and business growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with potential partners, closing and managing partnership agreements, nurturing partnerships through their full lifecycle, launching co-marketing campaigns, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, and overseeing the partnerships P&L.
- • You will join a fast-growing, globally distributed team of over 7,000 employees across 100+ countries, united by a mission to break down barriers in global hiring and create inclusive economic opportunities through innovative HR and payroll technology.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in partnership strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and market expansion within the HR tech space, positioning yourself as a leader in the future of work while contributing to Deel’s rapid growth and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a sales-focused partnerships role
- • Strong understanding of the partnership landscape in technology, professional services, and venture capital, with an established network
- • Proficiency in spoken and written German
- • Ability to write compelling email copy and sequence campaigns that activate partners
- • Experience leveraging AI tools for partner communications, content creation, research, and workflow optimization
- • Demonstrated strategic planning skills, including anticipating market shifts and aligning cross-functional teams around growth opportunities
