• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and expanding strategic partnerships that drive significant referral growth and contribute to Deel's continued expansion. You will be responsible for the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing management and optimization, ensuring mutual success and sustained value.
• • Your primary objective will be to build and nurture a robust network of partners, including technology providers, professional services firms, and venture capital entities, within the GCC. This involves a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics, key players, and emerging opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor and advocate for Deel, effectively communicating our value proposition and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve developing and executing co-marketing strategies with partners. This includes ideating, launching, and optimizing campaigns across various channels such as webinars, events, email marketing, and content sharing. Collaboration with our internal Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams will be crucial to ensure seamless execution and maximize the impact of these initiatives.
