📋 Description

  • • As a pivotal member of Parloa’s founding team in Madrid, you will spearhead the establishment and expansion of our strategic partnerships across Spain and Italy. This is an exceptional opportunity to take full ownership, build a robust partner ecosystem from the ground up, and significantly influence the trajectory of Conversational AI in these key markets. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and deepening existing relationships, forging new strategic alliances, and driving substantial revenue growth through impactful collaborations.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Expansion Leadership team and the newly formed Go-To-Market (GTM) team based in Madrid. Furthermore, you will partner with key stakeholders and teams across our established DACH and UKI offices to ensure Parloa is strategically positioned for success in the Spanish and Italian markets.
  • • Your core mission will involve identifying, recruiting, and nurturing leading Service Partners within Spain and Italy. This includes understanding their business objectives, aligning them with Parloa's value proposition, and developing mutually beneficial growth strategies.
  • • You will be responsible for developing comprehensive joint business plans with partners. These plans will meticulously align strategic goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and outline actionable initiatives for co-selling, lead generation, referral programs, and successful implementation projects.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be to lead and execute collaborative marketing and sales efforts alongside your partners. This involves orchestrating joint campaigns, participating in co-branded events, and presenting innovative AI solutions to the market with a unified and confident approach.
  • • You will conduct regular performance check-ins and formal quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with your partners. These sessions are crucial for monitoring progress against agreed-upon goals, identifying areas for improvement, and proactively accelerating growth and deepening the partnership.
  • • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, will be essential. You will ensure seamless communication, maintain strong alignment on shared objectives, and advocate for partner needs internally to drive mutual success.
  • • You are expected to stay at the forefront of industry trends within Conversational AI, SaaS, and the contact center space, particularly in Spain and Italy. This includes actively identifying emerging technologies, market shifts, and new partnership opportunities that can enhance Parloa’s competitive advantage and market presence.
  • • You will act as a key representative of Parloa at industry events, conferences, and networking activities. Your role will be to articulate Parloa's vision, showcase our innovative solutions, and position yourself and the company as recognized thought leaders in the Conversational AI landscape.
  • • This role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build programs and processes where they may not yet exist. You will be instrumental in defining the partner strategy and operational framework for these new markets.
  • • You will contribute to the overall expansion strategy by providing market intelligence, feedback from partners, and insights into the competitive landscape of Spain and Italy, helping to shape Parloa's future direction.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by the growth of the partner channel revenue, the number and quality of active partnerships, and the overall market penetration achieved in Spain and Italy through these strategic alliances.
