- • As a foundational member of Parloa’s newly established London team, you will be instrumental in architecting and scaling our strategic partnerships across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Northern Europe.
- • This is a unique and high-impact opportunity to take full ownership of building a robust partner ecosystem from the ground up, significantly influencing Parloa's trajectory and market penetration in these key regions.
- • Your primary mission will involve identifying, recruiting, and nurturing leading Service Partners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives mutual growth and revenue.
- • You will be responsible for developing comprehensive joint business plans with partners, meticulously aligning strategic goals, and executing impactful co-selling initiatives, referral programs, and implementation projects.
- • A key aspect of this role is leading proactive marketing and sales efforts in conjunction with our partners, ensuring that Parloa's cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions are brought to market with maximum confidence and reach.
- • You will establish and maintain strong relationships through regular performance check-ins and strategic quarterly business reviews, diligently tracking progress against agreed-upon goals and identifying opportunities for accelerated growth.
- • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, will be essential to ensure seamless communication, unified strategies, and strong alignment on objectives across the organization.
- • You will act as a market intelligence hub, staying abreast of the latest industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the Conversational AI and contact center space to proactively identify new partnership opportunities.
- • A significant part of your role will involve representing Parloa at industry events, conferences, and networking activities, positioning yourself and the company as recognized thought leaders and innovators in the Conversational AI domain.
- • You will work closely with the Expansion Leadership and the newly formed Go-To-Market (GTM) team based in London, while also forging strong working relationships with key stakeholders in our DACH and US offices to ensure a cohesive global strategy.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker who can not only identify potential partners but also articulate a compelling vision for collaboration and drive tangible business outcomes.
- • You will be empowered to experiment with new partnership models and co-creation opportunities, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI-driven customer service solutions.
- • The success of this role will be measured by the growth of the partner-generated pipeline, the number and quality of active partnerships, and the overall contribution of the partner ecosystem to Parloa's revenue targets in the UKI and Northern Europe markets.
- • You will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative around Parloa's partner program, ensuring it is attractive, supportive, and mutually beneficial for all involved parties.
