- • As a Senior Payment Partnership Manager at Adyen, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption and growth of our critical payment methods across the North American market. This pivotal role involves cultivating and strengthening relationships with our key payment partners, meticulously defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for a diverse portfolio of alternative payment methods. You will orchestrate impactful joint outreach and sales initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between our partner teams and internal commercial departments to accelerate merchant adoption and revenue.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to empower and enable our internal commercial teams. This includes developing targeted merchant lists, spearheading coordinated outreach campaigns, conducting comprehensive training sessions for sales and account management staff, providing strategic support for high-value merchant opportunities, and creating robust, repeatable playbooks that standardize successful engagement strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to equipping our teams with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote and sell Adyen's payment solutions.
- • You will act as a crucial bridge between our payment partners, product development, and commercial teams. By gathering and synthesizing market insights and articulating technical requirements, you will play an instrumental role in accelerating product development cycles and commercialization efforts. This cross-functional collaboration ensures that Adyen's offerings remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with market demands and partner capabilities.
- • This position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in partnership management, business development, sales, or GTM roles within the fintech, payments, commerce platforms, or SaaS ecosystems. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth through partner-led sales motions. Your ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and marketing teams, will be paramount to your success.
- • The role requires exceptional communication skills, with a particular aptitude for translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for commercial audiences. You must be comfortable navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating agility and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your strategic vision and execution capabilities will be key to expanding Adyen's market share and solidifying its position as a leading financial technology platform.
- • You will be instrumental in shaping the future of payments by identifying emerging trends, understanding competitive landscapes, and translating these insights into actionable strategies for partner engagement and product enhancement. This includes working with partners to integrate new payment methods, optimize existing ones, and develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of merchants and consumers alike.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive measurable growth in payment method adoption, increase partner-driven revenue, and enhance the overall effectiveness of Adyen's partnership ecosystem. You will contribute to Adyen's mission of engineering ambition by enabling businesses to achieve their goals faster through a superior payments experience.
- • This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company that is revolutionizing the payments industry. You will have the chance to make a significant impact, work with a talented and motivated team, and build a rewarding career in a company that values innovation, collaboration, and individual growth.
