This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker and a proactive relationship builder, capable of navigating the dynamic fintech landscape to foster significant growth.
  • • You will be instrumental in cultivating and strengthening relationships with our key payment partners. This involves understanding their strategic objectives, identifying synergistic opportunities, and developing tailored go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align with Adyen's overarching goals for a diverse portfolio of alternative payment methods.
  • • A core responsibility will be to orchestrate and execute joint outreach and sales motions. This requires seamless coordination between Adyen's internal commercial teams and the teams of our payment partners, ensuring a unified and impactful approach to market engagement.

This includes meticulously developing targeted merchant lists, spearheading coordinated outreach campaigns, delivering comprehensive training to sales and account management staff, providing strategic support for high-value merchant opportunities, and creating robust, repeatable playbooks that can be leveraged across the organization.

Your input will directly influence the direction of Adyen's payment solutions.

  • • You will contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps for payment partnerships, working closely with leadership to define long-term objectives and the initiatives required to achieve them.
  • • Success in this role means not only driving revenue growth through partner channels but also enhancing Adyen's market position and brand recognition within the payments industry.
  • • You will be expected to foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging new ideas and approaches to partnership management and growth.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of payments by forging strong alliances and driving the adoption of innovative payment solutions that benefit both merchants and consumers.
  • • You will be a key player in Adyen's mission to provide a single, unified financial technology platform, empowering businesses to achieve their ambitions faster through seamless and advanced payment experiences.
  • • The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • • You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership growth, merchant adoption, and revenue generation, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • • Engaging with marketing teams to develop co-branded collateral and campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of our joint offerings will also be part of your remit.
  • • Ultimately, you will be a driving force behind Adyen's success in expanding its payment method portfolio and solidifying its leadership in the global payments market.
