- • As a Senior Payment Partnership Manager, Partner Growth at Adyen, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and expansion of our key payment methods across North America. This pivotal role involves cultivating and strengthening relationships with our most important payment partners, meticulously defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for a diverse portfolio of alternative payment methods. You will orchestrate seamless joint outreach and sales initiatives, bridging the gap between our partner teams and internal commercial departments to unlock new revenue streams and enhance merchant adoption.
- • A core aspect of your responsibility will be to empower and enable our internal commercial teams. This includes developing targeted merchant lists, spearheading coordinated outreach campaigns, conducting comprehensive training sessions to equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge and tools, providing strategic support for high-value merchant opportunities, and creating robust, repeatable playbooks that can be leveraged across the organization. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales force.
- • You will act as a crucial liaison, collaborating closely with product and commercial teams to gather and translate market insights and technical requirements. This feedback loop is vital for accelerating product development cycles and refining commercialization efforts, ensuring Adyen remains at the forefront of payment innovation and market demands.
