• In this pivotal role as a Senior Payroll Associate, you will be an integral individual contributor, taking direct ownership of critical payroll processing activities. Your expertise will not only ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll for our diverse employee base but also extend to providing invaluable guidance and mentorship to junior members of the payroll team. This position demands a profound understanding of payroll systems, intricate regulatory landscapes, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and maintain unwavering compliance across all assigned payroll operations.
• Your core responsibilities will encompass the meticulous oversight of payroll data processing, ensuring that every employee's compensation is accurately calculated and disbursed. This includes maintaining up-to-date and precise employee records, diligently verifying and reconciling all data points such as salaries, hours worked, and deductions to prevent discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• A key aspect of this role involves assisting with the complex calculations and timely filings of payroll taxes, ensuring adherence to all relevant tax regulations. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees, offering expert support and clear resolutions for any payroll-related questions or issues they may encounter, fostering a positive and supportive employee experience.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations is paramount. You will stay abreast of legislative changes and implement necessary adjustments to our processes to maintain full compliance. Furthermore, you will play a leadership role in the implementation of new payroll processes and systems, contributing to the continuous evolution and optimization of our payroll infrastructure.

• This role is specifically seeking an individual with experience in payroll operations within Brunei, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Myanmar. A mandatory requirement is demonstrated experience in at least two of these specified countries, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique payroll nuances and regulatory frameworks. This specialized knowledge is crucial for effectively managing payroll in these diverse international markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Proven experience with payroll operations in at least two of the following countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Myanmar.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the specified regions.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation.
