  • In this pivotal role as a Senior Payroll Associate, you will be an integral individual contributor, taking direct ownership of critical payroll processing activities. Your expertise will not only ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll for our diverse employee base but also extend to providing invaluable guidance and mentorship to junior members of the payroll team.   • This role is specifically seeking an individual with experience in payroll operations within Brunei, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Myanmar. A mandatory requirement is demonstrated experience in at least two of these specified countries, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique payroll nuances and regulatory frameworks. This specialized knowledge is crucial for effectively managing payroll in these diverse international markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Proven experience with payroll operations in at least two of the following countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Myanmar.
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the specified regions.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation.
