- • The Senior Payroll Associate is a skilled individual contributor responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements for Deel’s operations in Thailand. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and legally compliant payroll for employees across the region, directly supporting Deel’s mission to enable global work by removing barriers to hiring and payment.
- • Day to day, the person will oversee payroll data processing, maintain accurate employee records, verify and reconcile salaries, hours worked, and deductions, assist with Thailand-specific payroll tax calculations and filings, provide employee support for payroll inquiries, ensure compliance with local laws, and lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
- • 3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field
- • Strong knowledge of Thailand payroll laws and regulations
- • Attention to detail and accuracy
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
