- • In this pivotal role as a Senior People Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing Deel's internal HR technology ecosystem. You will act as a key liaison between our internal People teams and our Product and Engineering departments, ensuring our internal use of Deel's own cutting-edge products—specifically the Deel ATS and Deel Payroll—is optimized and directly informs future product development. This is a hands-on position that demands a deep understanding of HR systems, robust people process knowledge, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
- • Your responsibilities will span across critical areas of HR technology management. You will collaborate closely with the People Success and Compensation teams to translate their needs into actionable feedback for our Product and Engineering teams. This involves providing insights that shape the development of new features, participating in the testing of these innovations, and working with our internal People team to maximize the adoption and utility of our ATS, Payroll, and other Deel products. Your input will directly influence the evolution of the tools that power global work.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves managing organizational structure within our systems. You will be responsible for supporting and executing changes to the organizational hierarchy, ensuring the accuracy of reporting lines, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating seamless change management processes. This requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of how organizational changes impact HR data and workflows.
- • As a subject matter expert for Deel's People technology suite, you will provide deep expertise in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Payroll modules, and other related HRIS functionalities. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, system optimization, and best practice guidance, ensuring our internal teams can leverage these tools to their fullest potential.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor and proactive problem-solver for a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. This involves understanding their unique challenges, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language, and developing solutions that effectively balance technical feasibility with strategic business objectives. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in this capacity.
- • The role also entails a strong focus on implementation and configuration. You will partner with People, Product, and other relevant teams to design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, new integrations, and automation workflows. This requires a systematic approach to project management and a keen eye for detail to ensure successful and efficient rollouts.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive documentation, training materials, and ongoing support for system enhancements to the People team. This ensures that our internal users are well-equipped to utilize new functionalities and that knowledge is effectively transferred throughout the organization.
