  • • Deel, a rapidly growing global payroll and HR platform, is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to join its dynamic People Technology team. This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between internal People operations and the Product and Engineering departments, focusing on optimizing the use of Deel's own suite of products for internal HR functions.
  • • As a Senior People Systems Analyst, you will be a key player in managing and enhancing Deel's internal HR technology ecosystem. This involves a hands-on approach to systems knowledge, a deep understanding of People processes, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day system-related projects, driving the internal adoption of Deel's People platform, and actively contributing to the enhancement of its Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Payroll module, and other core Deel products.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration with the People TA (Talent Acquisition) and Payroll teams. You will assist in managing daily HR administration, support complex organizational restructuring initiatives, and ensure that Deel is fully leveraging the capabilities of its documents product. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal HR operations.
  • • You will act as a crucial liaison between the People Success and Compensation teams and the Product and Engineering teams. By understanding and articulating the product needs for how Deel utilizes its internal ATS, Payroll, and other products, you will provide invaluable feedback to influence internal product development. This includes participating in the testing of new features and working closely with our own people team to maximize product usage and gather actionable insights.
  • • A core responsibility will be the management of organizational structure changes within the system. This entails supporting and executing these changes to maintain accurate hierarchies, ensure reliable reporting, and facilitate seamless change management processes across the organization.
  • • You will serve as a subject matter expert for Deel's People systems, with a particular emphasis on the ATS, Payroll modules, and other related functionalities. This expertise will be critical in guiding system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and advising on best practices.
  • • As a trusted advisor and problem-solver, you will work with various stakeholders to balance technical solutions with overarching business needs. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language will be essential for effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • • The role involves partnering with People, Product, and other relevant teams to design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and automations. This proactive approach will ensure our HR technology remains cutting-edge and aligned with business objectives.
  • • You will also be responsible for documenting and delivering comprehensive training and support for people system enhancements to the broader People team. This includes creating clear documentation and conducting training sessions to ensure widespread understanding and effective utilization of new features and system updates.
