📋 Description

• • As a Senior People Business Partner for Ireland and the UK, you will play a strategic role in shaping people initiatives that align with regional business goals, ensuring compliance with local employment laws while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include implementing geo-specific People strategies, leading regional talent acquisition and engagement initiatives, overseeing employee relations, ensuring data integrity in Workday, driving workforce planning and succession planning, collaborating with FP&A on headcount forecasting, partnering with Sales leadership to align People initiatives with commercial objectives, and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle including performance management, merit processes, and recognition programs.
