📋 Description
- • Partner with regional APAC leaders to co-create and execute talent and business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders on scaling teams, organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness.
- • Lead strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development initiatives across APAC markets.
- • Provide senior-level Employee Relations support, including guidance through performance management processes and complex employee matters.
- • Drive high-performance culture initiatives such as feedback systems, engagement strategies, and performance management frameworks tailored to local contexts.
- • Guide leadership and teams through periods of business transformation, growth, and organizational change.
- • Leverage people analytics and data-informed insights to identify trends, support decision-making, and measure HR impact.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Employment Legal, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless HR delivery and process optimization.
- • Ensure compliance with local and regional labor laws across multiple APAC markets.
- • Embrace AI and automation tools in daily HR workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- • Act as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing Workato’s flexible, trust-oriented culture while promoting balance between productivity and self-care.
- • Support the evolution of HR processes to meet the demands of a high-growth, scale-up technology environment.
- • Maintain deep awareness of APAC labor regulations and apply this knowledge to mitigate risk and ensure legal compliance.
- • Build and sustain strong relationships with business leaders to align HR initiatives with operational priorities and business outcomes.
- • Proactively identify talent gaps and recommend solutions to strengthen organizational capability and leadership pipelines.
- • Contribute to the design and implementation of people programs that foster inclusion, performance, and employee well-being in a distributed APAC workforce.
