You will immerse yourself in the intricacies of our business, developing a deep understanding of our Client Operations, Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions to proactively address challenges and unlock potential. This role is designed for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and possesses a keen ability to translate business objectives into impactful people strategies.
  • • You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture by partnering closely with managers and senior leaders. This involves providing expert guidance on a wide spectrum of people-related matters, including performance management, succession planning, compensation strategies, and organizational design. Your ability to challenge conventional thinking and offer data-driven recommendations will be crucial in ensuring our teams are structured and empowered to achieve their goals.
  • • A core responsibility will be to lead and refine our talent management processes. This includes facilitating talent calibration sessions to ensure fair and consistent evaluations, developing robust succession plans to secure future leadership, and overseeing performance management cycles. By analyzing engagement, retention, and performance data, you will proactively identify potential risks and opportunities, developing and implementing targeted solutions to enhance employee experience and productivity.
  • • You will collaborate extensively with the broader People team, contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of our HR programs and policies. This collaborative approach ensures that our people initiatives are not only strategic and pragmatic but also deeply aligned with our company values and business objectives. Your role will involve driving change management efforts, meticulously considering the impact on employees and stakeholders, and ensuring that all transitions are executed with empathy and in accordance with Wrapbook's core principles.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves navigating complex and sensitive employee relations issues. You will act as a trusted confidant and advocate for employees, providing support and guidance while also ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or People Business Partner role, preferably within a fast-growing technology company.
  • • Demonstrated experience partnering with VP-level leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, focusing on onboarding, engagement, and performance management.
  • • Proven ability to lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives.
  • • Strong business acumen with the capacity to link people strategy to revenue and operational goals.
  • • Experience managing complex and sensitive employee relations cases independently.
  • • Familiarity with GTM (Go-To-Market) and Operations teams is a plus.
