This role is critical in aligning talent, organizational design, and workforce readiness with the company’s mission to scale high-quality, accessible mental health care across the United States.
  • • You will partner closely with clinical leaders and managers to anticipate workforce challenges, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure that people initiatives enable growth, scalability, and operational excellence in a high-impact, mission-driven healthcare environment.
  • • Day to day, you will contribute to organizational strategy discussions by bringing a people perspective, translating leadership priorities into executable people plans, and applying independent judgment to select the right approaches for complex people challenges.
  • • You will support and execute organizational design efforts by assessing structures, roles, and spans/layers to recommend solutions that enhance clarity, efficiency, and collaboration across Care teams, particularly as the organization evolves its care delivery models.
  • • You will act as a coach and trusted advisor to clinical leaders and managers, strengthening their ability to lead high-performing care teams through growth and change, while partnering on leadership effectiveness, talent development, and succession planning.
  • • You will leverage people and business data to inform decisions, connecting workforce insights with clinical and operational metrics to drive performance, engagement, and retention outcomes for the Care organization.

  • • You will develop, apply, and refine People policies and programs that address the specific needs of care team operations, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization while advising leaders on aligning talent, resources, and operating models with evolving business needs.
  • • You will provide well-reasoned, data-informed recommendations to leaders on people matters, adapting your communication style to build credibility and influence outcomes across functions and levels, including outside of core People and Care teams.
  • • You will model and reinforce Brightline’s mission and values in day-to-day partnership with care teams, particularly during periods of growth and transition, and operate comfortably with ambiguity to drive clarity and lead through change.
