📋 Description

• • As a Senior People Operations Partner at Consensys AG, you will support the employee lifecycle across Europe, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance with local labor laws and GDPR, and accurate HR data management in a remote-first, Web3-focused environment.
• • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including pre-boarding, onboarding, contract preparation, off-boarding, coordinate with Payroll on changes and leaves, administer benefits and leave programs, serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, and maintain accurate records in Workday or ADP.
• • You will join the People and Talent team at Consensys, a pioneering blockchain and Web3 company founded by Joe Lubin, dedicated to building the decentralized web and empowering builders globally through products like MetaMask, Infura, and Linea.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in European HR operations, gain experience with HRIS systems and automation, lead process improvement initiatives, and contribute to scalable People Operations practices in a fast-growing, innovative tech environment.
