📋 Description

• • As a Senior People Partner at Elliptic Enterprises Limited, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in New York, driving people strategies that enable teams to thrive and support business outcomes in a high-growth, international tech environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with managers to diagnose people needs, supporting workforce and organizational planning, leading performance and compensation processes, providing coaching on employee relations, mentoring junior People Partners, and using data to inform decisions on talent development, culture, and inclusion.
• • Elliptic is a global leader in cryptocurrency AML compliance, using network science and machine learning to analyze over $150bn in monthly transactions for clients including major exchanges, financial institutions, and government agencies, with offices in London, New York, Singapore, and Tokyo.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic HRBP functions, gain experience scaling people processes internationally, strengthen your influence with senior leadership, and contribute to building an inclusive, psychologically safe culture grounded in equity and continuous learning.
