- • As a Senior People Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior managers and leaders across the organisation. Your primary focus will be to support them on all people-related matters, with the ultimate goal of driving enhanced performance and achieving critical business outcomes. This involves understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within each business unit and translating them into effective people strategies.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Director of People to co-design, develop, and implement comprehensive People strategies. These strategies will span key areas such as talent development, employee engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and managing organisational change effectively. Your input will be crucial in shaping how we attract, develop, and retain our talent, ensuring our people practices align with our business objectives and values.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve leveraging data and insights to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues within our workforce. You will use this data to guide decision-making, provide actionable recommendations to leaders, and support them with strategic workforce planning, organisational design initiatives, and robust succession planning to ensure business continuity and growth.
- • You will take ownership of the successful embedding and execution of company-wide people initiatives. This includes critical processes such as our performance management framework, annual compensation cycles, and the implementation of evolving hybrid working models. Your responsibility will be to ensure these initiatives are communicated effectively, understood by managers, and adopted smoothly by their teams, fostering a consistent and positive employee experience.
- • Providing sound, pragmatic, and legally compliant advice and coaching on employee relations matters will be a core responsibility. You will expertly balance the need to manage risk and protect the business with the imperative of treating employees with empathy, fairness, and respect, ensuring all actions align with our company values and employment law.
- • You will play a key role in mentoring and supporting the development of other People Partners within the team. By sharing your expertise, best practices, and insights, you will help uplift the overall capability, consistency, and effectiveness of the People function, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- • A crucial element of this role is advancing our company culture and evolving our ways of working. - • Key Responsibilities include partnering with managers and leaders to deeply understand their business challenges, diagnose specific people needs, and collaboratively develop tailored, impactful solutions. This involves proactive engagement and building strong, trust-based relationships.
- • You will actively support workforce and organisational planning, contributing to the design of effective team structures, defining optimal spans and layers of management, and developing comprehensive succession plans for critical roles.
- • Proactively identifying recruitment needs in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team will be essential. This includes collaborating on role scoping, advising on candidate selection, and ensuring a smooth and positive offer and onboarding experience for new hires.
- • Facilitating employee personal development and growth through the promotion of meaningful feedback, constructive development conversations, and the identification of relevant learning pathways will be a key focus.
- • You will lead or provide expert advice on performance and conduct issues, ensuring that fair processes are followed consistently and that managers feel confident and supported in addressing these situations.
- • Assisting managers in navigating and applying our reward and compensation philosophy, particularly during annual review cycles or when considering off-cycle promotions, will be part of your remit.
- • Analysing and translating complex people data into clear, actionable insights will empower leaders to make informed decisions that drive tangible business outcomes.
- • Contributing to the scaling of our culture and people processes as the company grows internationally is a vital part of this role. This requires a keen eye for relevance, inclusion, and sensitivity to local nuances and legal requirements.
- • Acting as a critical voice and advocate for inclusion, employee wellbeing, and psychological safety across the entire business will be fundamental to fostering a supportive and high-performing workplace.
