- • As a Senior People Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our people strategies. Your core responsibilities will include:
- • **Strategic Partnership and Leadership Support:** Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior managers and leaders, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters. Your focus will be on driving performance, achieving business outcomes, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- • **People Strategy Co-Design and Implementation:** Collaborate closely with the Director of People to co-design, develop, and roll out comprehensive People strategies. This includes key areas such as talent development, employee engagement, culture cultivation, and managing organizational change initiatives.
- • **Data-Driven Insights and Workforce Planning:** Utilize data analytics and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and provide strategic support to managers. This encompasses workforce planning, organizational design, talent mapping, and succession planning to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles.
- • **Embedding Company-Wide Initiatives:** Take ownership of the successful implementation and adoption of critical company-wide initiatives. This includes performance management processes, compensation cycles, and evolving hybrid working models, ensuring seamless integration and positive reception among managers and their teams.
- • **Employee Relations and Risk Management:** Provide sound, pragmatic, and empathetic advice on complex employee relations matters. You will expertly balance business needs and risk mitigation with fairness and a commitment to our people.
- • **Mentorship and Capability Building:** Play a key role in mentoring and supporting the professional development of other People Partners. Your guidance will help uplift the overall capability, consistency, and effectiveness of the wider People team.
- • **Culture and Ways of Working Advancement:** Actively contribute to shaping and advancing our company culture and ways of working. This will be grounded in our established leadership behaviors and core values, ensuring they are lived and breathed across the organization.

- • **Performance and Development Facilitation:** Champion personal development and growth by facilitating meaningful feedback, guiding development conversations, and identifying appropriate learning pathways for employees.
- • **Reward and Compensation Guidance:** Assist managers in navigating and applying our reward and compensation philosophy, particularly during annual cycles and for off-cycle promotions, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- • **Data Translation and Insight Generation:** Analyze people data to generate actionable insights. You will support leaders in making informed decisions that directly contribute to achieving business outcomes.
- • **International Growth and Scalability:** Contribute to the scaling of our culture and people processes as we continue our international expansion. This requires a keen eye for relevance, inclusion, and adapting to local nuances.
