📋 Description

• The Senior Personnel Security Specialist (R4915) at Shield AI, Inc. is responsible for executing personnel security processes to support cleared employees and ensure compliance with government and company requirements.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing high-volume security transactions such as personnel clearance investigations, access authorizations, and security clearance status tracking, while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and strict confidentiality.
• Shield AI is a venture-backed deep-tech company founded in 2015 with a mission to protect service members and civilians through intelligent systems, including the V-BAT and X-BAT aircraft, Hivemind Enterprise, and Hivemind Vision product lines, operating globally across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in federal personnel security standards (such as NISPOM, DCSA, and DoD directives), gain experience supporting cleared personnel in a high-growth defense technology environment, and contribute directly to national security objectives by ensuring the integrity and reliability of the cleared workforce.
