📋 Description

• • Shape the digital future of mid-market companies across Europe. As Senior PHP Fullstack Developer you will architect, build and scale cloud-native web and mobile applications that move entire business units from legacy on-premise stacks to secure, modern public-cloud foundations.
• • Own the full development lifecycle—from requirements workshops with German-speaking customers, through clean-code implementation in PHP (primary) and C#/.NET (secondary), to automated CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• • Translate complex business processes into elegant, maintainable software. You will model domain logic in PHP 8.x, expose REST/GraphQL APIs, craft responsive Angular front ends and orchestrate everything with Docker, Kubernetes and serverless functions.
• • Drive technical excellence inside cross-functional Scrum squads. You will estimate stories in Jira, review pull requests in GitHub, document decisions in Confluence and mentor junior developers through pair-programming and lightning talks.
• • Champion DevOps culture. You will design GitHub Actions workflows, enforce quality gates (PHPUnit, Psalm, ESLint, SonarQube), package applications as Helm charts and roll out blue-green deployments to managed Kubernetes clusters.
• • Optimise for performance, cost and security. You will profile PHP-FPM workloads, fine-tune RDS/Aurora queries, leverage AWS Lambda for burst capacity and ensure GDPR-compliant data handling across multi-tenant SaaS products.
• • Collaborate directly with stakeholders in German and English. You will demo increments every two weeks, translate feedback into backlog items and present architectural roadmaps that align business goals with technology investments.
• • Experiment with emerging tech during dedicated learning hours. Whether you want to spike a service in Node.js, evaluate Temporal workflows or prototype an event-driven architecture with Kafka, the company carves out weekly time for innovation.
