📋 Description

• • Senior Platform Developer role at Capital Rx, Inc., a public benefit corporation delivering pharmacy benefit management solutions and operating the Judi® Enterprise Health Platform, which consolidates claim administration workflows for employers and health plans.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure; developing CI/CD pipelines using GoCD, Harness, and Terraform; writing Python automation code; managing PostgreSQL, Redis, and Redshift databases; administering EKS/ECS container orchestration; implementing AWS Lambda serverless functions; ensuring HIPAA, SOC II, and FedRAMP compliance; monitoring system performance; participating in on-call rotations; mentoring junior developers; and evaluating new technologies for platform enhancement.
• • The Platform team at Capital Rx consists of passionate, motivated experts who own architecture, frameworks, standards, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless operations and fostering collaboration across engineering while maintaining production environments with monitoring, alerting, and on-call practices.
• • In this role, you will enable development teams to deliver features faster and more reliably, champion infrastructure-as-code, drive automation across the SDLC, ensure platform scalability and security, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence while gaining deep expertise in enterprise health tech platforms and compliance-driven cloud infrastructure.
