- • As a Senior Post-Merger Integration Manager at Bunch Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in executing the company’s strategic growth through M&A by leading the seamless integration of acquired fund administration businesses into Bunch’s proprietary technology platform, directly contributing to the vision of building the backbone of private markets in Europe.
- • You will ensure that acquisitions deliver maximum value by aligning people, processes, and systems across acquired entities, driving operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and synergy realization through AI-enabled automation and standardized workflows.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive post-merger integration plans focused on migrating core operational processes to Bunch’s software platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
- • You will partner with the deal team during acquisitions to conduct integration feasibility assessments and contribute to due diligence, identifying risks and opportunities early in the transaction lifecycle.
- • You will work closely with functional leads (operations, finance, compliance, HR) to map current processes of acquired companies, identify gaps, and define standardized, automation-compatible workflows that align with Bunch’s operating model.
- • You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to synchronize integration milestones with software deployment schedules, AI tool rollouts, and capability enhancements, ensuring technical and operational readiness.
- • You will manage stakeholder communications and lead cultural alignment initiatives to foster trust and adoption of the new operating model within acquired teams, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement.

- • You will drive the integration of AI tools to automate unified reporting and uncover cost-saving synergies across merged entities, evaluating and implementing solutions that enhance forecasting accuracy and decision-making.
- • You will translate AI-driven insights into clear, actionable progress reports for executive leadership, demonstrating synergy capture, integration milestones, and ROI to support strategic decision-making.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you are expected to be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving results through influence and expertise.
- • You will join a mission-driven team passionate about revolutionizing private markets through technology, working alongside experts in finance, technology, and operations to scale a pan-European platform that replaces legacy systems with intelligent automation.
- • You will have the opportunity to develop deep expertise at the intersection of M&A, AI, financial services, and operational transformation, positioning yourself as a leader in tech-enabled fund administration and private market innovation.

- • High aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation, with hands-on experience or strong willingness to rapidly upskill in identifying and implementing efficiency gains
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership at all levels
- • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving abilities and a bias for action, comfortable in ambiguous, high-growth settings
