- • As a Senior Post-Merger Integration Manager at Bunch Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in executing the company’s strategic growth through M&A by owning and driving the seamless integration of acquired fund administration businesses into Bunch’s proprietary technology platform, directly contributing to the vision of building the backbone of private markets in Europe.
- • You will ensure that acquisitions deliver maximum value by aligning people, processes, and systems across acquired entities, enabling smooth migration to Bunch’s AI-powered platform while maintaining high client satisfaction and unlocking operational synergies.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive post-merger integration plans focused on migrating core operational processes to Bunch’s proprietary software platform, ensuring alignment with technology roadmaps and automation goals.
- • You will partner with the deal team during acquisitions to conduct integration feasibility assessments and contribute to due diligence insights, helping shape deal strategy from an operational integration perspective.
- • You will work closely with functional leads to map current processes of acquired companies, identify gaps, and define standardized, automation-compatible workflows that align with Bunch’s operating model.
- • You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align integration milestones with software deployment, AI adoption, and capability rollouts, ensuring technical readiness and timely execution.
- • You will manage stakeholder communications and drive cultural alignment to support the successful adoption of the new operating model within acquired teams, fostering trust and minimizing disruption.
- • You will lead integration work streams across operations, finance, compliance, and HR, monitor progress, flag risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep integrations on track and within scope.
- • You will define and track integration success metrics such as process migration rates, operational efficiency gains, EBIT margin improvements, and cultural alignment scores, using data to demonstrate value creation.

- • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in financial services or management consulting

- • Excellent project management skills with the ability to set a clear vision, manage multiple complex initiatives, and work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels
