- • As a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, Channel at Socure Inc., you will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to prospective and existing customers, including some of the largest financial institutions, fintech innovators, and gaming platforms globally. Your role is critical in helping these organizations combat fraud and unlock secure access by demonstrating the value and technical superiority of Socure’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions. You will operate at the intersection of sales, product, data science, and customer success, ensuring that technical evaluations are aligned with business outcomes and that clients experience a seamless journey from proof-of-concept to full adoption.
- • Day to day, you will lead technical strategy across channel sales cycles, guiding prospects through complex evaluations with precision and foresight. You will run discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points, design tailored solution architectures, and facilitate interactive workshops and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase Socure’s capabilities in real-world scenarios. You will deliver compelling, data-driven demonstrations and recommendations that translate technical features into measurable business value, such as reduced fraud rates, improved approval rates, and enhanced regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Product, Data Science, and Customer Success to ensure solution feasibility, alignment on roadmap priorities, and smooth handoffs post-sale, acting as the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the solution externally.
