📋 Description

  • As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect on the West Coast, you will serve as a critical technical advisor in the sales process, collaborating with sales, engineering, and business development teams to deliver tailored security and identity solutions that address complex customer challenges in enterprise environments.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations, leading proof-of-concept installations with customers, translating business needs into technical requirements, and providing expert input to shape product development based on real-world customer feedback and market trends.
  • You will partner closely with sales to develop winning strategies, create proposals and ROI models, and ensure seamless transition of pre-sales requirements to implementation teams, while maintaining deep expertise in Semperis’ identity and access management solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise IT or enterprise software environments
  • Deep working knowledge of Active Directory, including administration, architecture, or management of environments with at least 10,000 users
  • Proven experience conducting product demonstrations and building technical proofs of concept directly with customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders to convey solution value beyond technical features
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent relevant experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for customer engagements and events
