- • As a Senior Principal Pre-sales Engineer, Product Specialist at Twilio, you will serve as the regional technical authority for the Trust, Identity & Compliance vertical, architecting and validating complex, high-impact multi-product solutions that translate Twilio’s portfolio into secure, scalable, and executive-ready architectures for enterprise customers.
- • Day to day, you will lead technical discovery, solution mapping, and validation strategy through workshops, demos, and POCs; scope and validate architectures focused on identity verification, secure-by-design systems, and compliance readiness; build executive presentations; document customer patterns; and drive influence via Product & R&D interlocks and GTM escalations.
- • You will join Twilio’s Specialist Organization, a remote-first team shaping the future of communications for hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of developers worldwide, operating within a culture of global inclusion, innovation, and connection where your work directly impacts product roadmap and customer outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in trust, identity, security, fraud, and compliance architectures; influence Twilio’s product direction through formal interlocks; elevate field capability by codifying repeatable patterns; and establish yourself as a thought leader both internally and externally while advancing your career in strategic pre-sales and platform specialization.
