- • As a Senior or Principal Product Manager at Zip, you will lead the expansion of one of the company’s core product verticals, driving strategic growth by identifying and launching high-impact use cases that unlock new markets and verticals. Your work will directly contribute to Zip’s mission of simplifying enterprise procurement through a consumer-grade experience, enabling the world’s most innovative companies to manage billions in spend with greater efficiency and agility.
- • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new initiatives—from hypothesis generation and customer validation to rapid experimentation, go-to-market alignment, and scalable productization—ensuring that innovations evolve into durable, enterprise-ready offerings that support complex cross-functional workflows while maintaining Zip’s hallmark simplicity and user-centric design.
- • You will join a world-class product, engineering, and go-to-market team drawn from industry leaders like Airbnb, Meta, Stripe, Salesforce, Apple, and Google, operating in a high-growth, mission-driven environment where your decisions will shape the future of how enterprises buy and manage software, services, and tools in the age of AI.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise procurement, B2B SaaS scaling, and AI-enabled workflow automation, while honing your ability to balance speed with rigor, influence without authority, and translate ambiguous market signals into clear product strategy—positioning you for leadership impact at the intersection of product, growth, and enterprise transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in scaling SaaS products in high-growth environments
- • Experience building products from 0-to-1 is strongly preferred, demonstrating ability to navigate ambiguity and validate market demand
- • Extreme attention to detail and the ability to rapidly grasp complex business processes, industry dynamics, and technical workflows
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering, design, sales, GTM, and executive stakeholders
- • Demonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly, making data-informed trade-offs even when they may disappoint internal or external stakeholders
