📋 Description

• • As a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat, you will set and achieve mid-term strategic objectives aligned with company business goals, focusing on designing, architecting, and leading the implementation of future Modernization and Virtualization solutions.
• • Day to day, you will design and lead virtualization and modernization solutions for Red Hat’s next-generation platforms based on OpenShift and Kubernetes, identify technical problems, set strategic objectives, lead cross-functional teams, leverage AI technologies to streamline workflows, provide expert guidance on complex system issues, serve as a technical lead for major initiatives, contribute to upstream projects like Kubernetes, KubeVirt, Konveyor AI, and Forklift, mentor engineering staff, and represent the team in technical discussions with senior leadership.
