- • As a Senior Privacy Officer at Worldwide Holdings Corporation, you will play a critical role in safeguarding patient and organizational data by ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA, directly supporting the company’s mission to improve lives through ethical and secure clinical research.
- • You will serve as a subject matter expert in data privacy for GxP processing activities, working closely with legal, IT, security, HR, and compliance teams to uphold the highest standards of data protection across a global organization of over 3,500 employees.
- • Day to day, you will facilitate the administration of the organization’s privacy program, oversee related documentation, and ensure all privacy-related materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- • You will support responses to data subject requests—including access, deletion, and correction—ensuring timely and compliant handling under relevant privacy legislation such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.
- • You will assist in maintaining privacy notices, policies, and procedural documents, regularly reviewing and updating them to reflect changes in law, technology, or business practices.
- • You will conduct preliminary evaluations of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and vendor privacy questionnaires, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies to ensure third-party compliance.
- • You will monitor adherence to data protection laws across jurisdictions, tracking regulatory developments and advising internal stakeholders on implications for clinical trial operations and data handling.
- • You will contribute to privacy training programs and awareness campaigns, helping to build a culture of privacy by design and default across departments.
- • You will aid in tracking privacy incidents and drafting breach response documentation, supporting timely investigation, reporting, and remediation in accordance with legal and contractual obligations.
- • You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including legal, IT, security, HR, and compliance to integrate privacy considerations into systems, processes, and vendor management.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as law, privacy, compliance, information security, or a similar discipline.
- • 4+ years of professional experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, risk management, or legal operations.
- • Demonstrated experience working with privacy requirements, including privacy program implementation, assessments, and compliance activities under regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA.
- • Foundational knowledge of data protection principles and privacy regulations, with ability to apply them to GxP and clinical trial contexts.
- • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage complex documentation and tracking tasks.
- • Proficiency in handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
