- • Design end-to-end product experiences for Agentic Vulnerability Elimination, applying First Principles Problem Solving to transform complex security and AI-driven workflows into intuitive user interfaces
- • Build and iterate on AI-powered user experiences with an AI First mindset, integrating LLMs and automation into workflows that enhance vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation
- • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams across the UK and Netherlands to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions that improve vulnerability remediation outcomes
- • Use Data-Driven Decision Making to inform design choices, validate hypotheses through user research and usability testing, and measure impact on product performance and customer outcomes
- • Adapt designs rapidly in response to evolving AI capabilities, shifting customer needs, and changing product direction while maintaining momentum and consistency
- • Contribute to and evolve HackerOne’s Design Language System to ensure scalability, consistency, and cohesion across all product surfaces
- • Communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
- • Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture rooted in transparency, inclusion, and accountability
- • Lead discovery through delivery of complex product initiatives, independently owning projects from concept to implementation in enterprise B2B software environments
- • Embed responsible AI practices into design decisions, ensuring ethical, transparent, and effective use of automation in security workflows
- • Translate user research insights into actionable product improvements that reduce cyber risk for enterprise customers across code, cloud, and AI systems
- • Maintain alignment with HackerOne’s core values: Customer Obsession, Default to Disclosure, and Win Together, ensuring all design work supports trust, accountability, and measurable outcomes
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of UX and product design experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise software environments
- • Demonstrated experience designing complex workflows and systems, with the ability to independently lead projects from concept to implementation
- • Experience applying AI tools or designing AI-enhanced user experiences, with an understanding of responsible and effective usage
- • Strong proficiency in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing, with the ability to translate insights into product improvements
