- • As a Senior Product Manager at Zippymh LLC, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing the post-loan origination systems that power loan servicing, financial operations, data infrastructure, and investor support—ensuring accurate loan management, efficient money movement, and actionable insights for stakeholders at scale.
- • You will drive strategic initiatives that improve internal workflows, develop operational tools, and strengthen the data foundation critical to Zippy’s mission of making manufactured home financing simple, fast, and fully online, directly contributing to affordable housing solutions for over 22 million Americans.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning product strategy and execution aligned with company goals, leading the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration, using data, A/B testing, and customer insights to inform decisions, balancing short-term wins with long-term impact, solving complex problems through systems thinking, and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment by adapting quickly and making bold, data-driven bets.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to align stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives that enhance scalability and operational clarity.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in fintech lending infrastructure, gain end-to-end ownership of complex internal products, sharpen your systems-thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities, and grow as a leader by influencing cross-functional outcomes that directly support Zippy’s growth and impact in the manufactured housing market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech lending with a focus on loan servicing, data products, or internal operational tools.
- • Proven systems thinking and track record of building internal tools, improving operational workflows, or scaling infrastructure to support business growth.
- • Strong customer and business intuition combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience using data, A/B testing, and insights to optimize products and measure success.
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with quality while adapting to evolving priorities and navigating ambiguity.
- • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capacity to drive clarity in complex, ambiguous situations involving technical, customer, and business trade-offs.
- • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with demonstrated success working across engineering, design, sales, and operations teams.
