- • You will be instrumental in shaping the future of work by leading product strategy and development for features that leverage cutting-edge AI to deliver actionable insights and personalized guidance. This position is deeply cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our product not only meets but exceeds market expectations and customer needs.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and guide the development lifecycle from ideation to launch. This includes conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and gathering customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- • You will translate complex business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
- • A key aspect of this role involves championing the integration of generative AI and custom analytics to provide managers with data-driven insights and recommendations, transforming them into effective change-makers who accelerate engagement, performance, and retention.
- • You will oversee the development of core platform functionalities, including 360° performance reviews, engagement surveys, goal tracking, manager coaching and training modules, and ongoing feedback mechanisms such as guided 1-on-1s and check-ins.

- • You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product areas, monitoring product performance post-launch, and iterating based on data and user feedback.
